- This is officially the starting day of the Chardham yatra. Guests must be ready for an early morning check-out at 05:00 am & will be picked up from Hotel by BHPL at 0500 hrs, to be taken to Sahastradhara Helidrome.
- BHAPL has its best handler and hotel in Kharsali, where our ground crew would be ready to welcome the guest. Crew shall escort the guests to the hotel, which is at a walking distance. After breakfast around 0800 hrs, we proceed for Yamunotri Darshan by Palki.
- Approximate time taken for Yamunotri Temple Darshan: Approximately 05hrs 30mins (roundtrip). Yamunotri trek is 06 km one-way
- Sightseeing at Kharsali: Hot Spring at Yamunotri Temple, Yamuna Mata Temple, Shani Temple.
( Kharshali is a small village with limited facilities so guest can face small issues like power cut , hotel quality,shortage of palki etc.)
• Temple Visit:

- Guests should be ready to check-out by 0530 hrs. Departure from Kharsali Heli-base will be by 0630 hrs, & the estimated time of arrival at Harsil will be 0700 hrs.
- Harsil – the Heli-base of your second Dham, is the most scenic and beautiful destination in the Chardham Tour. Our crew shall ensure that we engage the guests in the most beautiful sight seeing activities.
- Guests will be taken for Gangotri Dham darshan after breakfast around 0900 hrs.
- Approximate Time taken for Gangotri Temple Darshan: 3hrs 30 mins (round trip). The road distance to Gangotri temple is approx. 25 km, which is roughly a 50-minute drive.
• Scenic Drive: A short, picturesque drive to the Gangotri Temple.
Guest can enjoy evening Ganga Aarti at Gangotri ( subject to local handler permission on road safety ) .

• Temple Visit:
o VIP Darshan at the Kedarnath Temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva.

- Estimated time of arrival will be 1000 hrs at Sahastradhara. On arrival, our base manager will be present to receive the guests. Later, they will be taken to Dehradun hotel to collect the luggage from cloak rooms, and then be dropped to airport/railway station for their departure.
- In case guests would like to spend an additional night at Dehradun, accommodation can be arranged by BHAPL at an additional cost. The same must be informed to us at the time of booking, whether they will be heading straight to airport/railway station or would like to be stay an additional night at the hotel in Dehradun.

Payment Terms for Chardham Helicopter Tour
Advance Booking Deposit
To secure your seat for the **Chardham Helicopter Tour**, an initial deposit of 35% of the total amount is required at the time of booking.
Balance Payment
The remaining balance must be paid at least 40 days prior to the date of arrival at Dehradun. Timely payment ensures smooth arrangements for your tour.
Final Payment Policy
Passengers will not be allowed to board the helicopter or commence the tour unless the full and final payment has been completed.

RESCHEDULING OF Char Dham Helicopter BOOKING
Rescheduling your Chardham Helicopter booking to any future or prior travel date, will be done subject to availability, and on payment of 25% of the total tour cost. This will be permitted only if informed at least 30 days before arrival date.
In case rescheduling is requested less than 30 days prior to the travel date, then the helicopter booking would be treated as cancelled, & a fresh booking will be given subject to availability, after the levy of applicable cancellation charges.
Passengers will not be permitted to board or commence the tour, unless full & final payment of the tour has been done.
FORCE MAJEURE AND BAD WEATHER REFUNDS:
*BASIS OF REFUND
TOUR COST: 25% of total tour cost for each unutilized travel sector (Dham), minus INR 35,000 per person toward the flight preparation & ground arrangement charges.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES: Deduction of any additional services provided at any of the Dhams during the tour of the passengers will be deducted over & above the refundable Tour Cost.
Refund against any unutilized service will not be calculated separately and added to the refundable amount.
If flying is not possible due to bad weather at Dehradun, then 10% will be deducted and balance will be refunded to guest.
Bad Weather and Force Majeure Policies
- If your flight is delayed or canceled due to bad weather, technical snags, or other force majeure reasons beyond our control, Blueheights Aviation will not be liable for the disruption. Refunds will be processed as per our refund policy. No compensation or reimbursement will be provided for additional costs like accommodation, transportation, meals, or extra travel expenses incurred by passengers due to flight cancellations.
- If the tour cannot commence from Dehradun on Day One due to the above reasons, the tour will be considered canceled. A full refund, minus 12%, will be processed immediately as per our policy.
- Passengers can opt to take the tour on the next available date. Our team will provide available options, and the balance/unutilized amount from the previous booking can be adjusted toward the new booking. Any additional costs will need to be borne by the passengers.
- If the tour is disrupted mid-way, our team will propose a revised itinerary within the scheduled package days. No extension of days will be provided unless passengers request it, which will be subject to operational feasibility and additional costs.
- If flights are not operational for five consecutive days due to bad weather, a full refund minus 12% will be processed as per our policies.
- Passengers will be responsible for paying additional hotel charges directly if extra nights are required due to bad weather or force majeure conditions.
- Blueheights Aviation may not operate flights to Harsil/Jhalla after 12:00 PM if turbulent wind conditions prevail in the valley.
- If passengers require emergency ferry flights, the cost will be charged at INR 160,000/hour plus GST.
- If a group decides to cancel the tour mid-way, transportation arrangements will be made by Blueheights Aviation. Passengers must bear the cost of these arrangements on a direct payment basis.
- Any increase in government levies, taxes, special darshan fees, or palki charges after booking confirmation will be charged extra. Payment for these additional charges must be made before the tour begins.

Rudra Abhishek Puja at Kedarnath Ji
- Cost: INR 6,500 for a group of 5 people

- Arrangements are subject to room availability at Kedarnath Top, as guests will need to stay overnight.

Disclaimer: Accommodations at Kedarnath Top are budget category and may not meet high service expectations. Temperatures can drop to sub-zero levels at night, so plan accordingly.
Haridwar, Rishikesh, or Mussoorie Visit
On your arrival or departure date, BHAPL can arrange transportation for a **Mussoorie day trip** from Dehradun.
- Cost: INR 6,000–8,500 for an Innova (up to 6 guests, tax inclusive)
Note: Guides are not provided by BHAPL for the trip. Guests will be provided cars and can enjoy sightseeing as per their preferences.

PASSENGER GUIDELINES
- Mandatory Weight Submission: Guests must MANDATORILY submit their accurate weight details at the time of booking. Any discrepancy in weight at the time of travel that exceeds the helicopter's carrying capacity will result in cancellation of the heli-tour without any refund.
- Weighing During Boarding: Passengers will be weighed at the time of boarding. Boarding will not be allowed if the total weight exceeds the helicopter's weight limitation.
- Overweight Charges: Passengers weighing over 75 kg will incur overweight charges of INR 2500 per kilogram above the 75 kg limit. This is due to the high-altitude terrain where the aircraft’s maximum carrying capacity is limited to 450 kg. Overweight passengers may result in loss of seats on the Chardham flights, and weight balance is crucial for safe flying.
- Passenger Redistribution: To manage weight balance, Blueheights Aviation reserves the right to shuffle passengers between helicopters. Passengers traveling together may not always be accommodated in the same helicopter.
- Plan your itinerary considering the fixed departure timings and mandatory reporting requirements.
- Ensure accurate weight submission during booking to avoid disruptions.
- Prepare for limited communication during the tour due to poor network connectivity at high-altitude regions.
- Adhere to luggage restrictions for a safe and smooth journey.
- Keep all required documents ready before the tour commences.
Chardham Helicopter Tour Guidelines
This is a fixed departures helicopter tour, and the departure timings for each destination are pre-scheduled. Passengers are required to report strictly as per the scheduled ETDs (Estimated Time of Departure) mentioned for each day of the tour. Timely reporting ensures a smooth experience for all guests.
Guests are strongly advised to keep one additional day in Dehradun over and above the 5N/6D tour period. This is to accommodate any potential delays caused by bad weather conditions, which might lead to an extension of the tour. Airport transfers are provided only on the arrival day at Dehradun and on the 5th day of the tour.
Passengers are not allowed to carry suitcases or heavy luggage in the helicopter. Duffle bags will be provided by Blueheights Aviation upon arrival, allowing up to 5 kg of luggage per passenger during the tour. This ensures the safe operation of the helicopter.
Indian Nationals must provide copies of their AADHAR and PAN cards. Foreign Nationals are required to carry a valid passport.
Network connectivity at Harsil and Badrinath is very poor. BSNL and Jio are the primary telecom service providers in these regions, but connectivity is unreliable. Guests should be prepared for limited communication during their time at these Dhams. However, Blueheights Aviation's crew will always be available for any assistance.
Hotels at the Dhams are non-star category but carefully selected by Blueheights Aviation for their comfort and high ratings. Blueheights Aviation ensures the best available properties for a pleasant stay during the heli-tour.
Blueheights Aviation has its own staff stationed at every Dham to provide assistance, guidance, and support to the guests throughout the tour.
- Room Sharing Options: Rooms are offered on a double-sharing or triple-sharing basis to provide maximum comfort.
- Single Occupancy Option: If required, single occupancy rooms can be availed for an additional charge of INR 50,000 per person (inclusive of taxes).
- Hotel Changes: Due to unforeseen circumstances, hotel properties might be changed. However, we will ensure that alternate accommodations meet the same quality standards.
- MAP Basis: Includes breakfast and one major meal (lunch or dinner).
